[Remote] ServiceNow Employee Center Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dexian is hiring a ServiceNow Employee Center Consultant to lead the design and delivery of an Employee Center implementation. The role includes facilitating design workshops, guiding developers, overseeing testing and launch activities, and preparing retirement recommendations and a phase 2 backlog.

Responsibilities

• Run design workshops with IT and Marketing to define the homepage, taxonomy, menus, topics, quick links, and content zones
• Design the user criteria, audience groups, and role-based access model, and document it so the client can maintain it
• Define reusable page patterns for IT and Marketing so they can build and manage their own pages after launch
• Review existing Service Portal and intranet content with the client and drive keep, rewrite, link, or retire decisions
• Direct and review the work of two offshore developers, including configuration, theming, and content migration
• Plan and run functional testing, UAT, and accessibility and responsive reviews
• Lead the train-the-trainer sessions, go-live readiness, cutover, and hypercare
• Flag scope creep early and work with the delivery manager on change control
• Write the legacy retirement recommendation and phase 2 backlog at close

Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 full Employee Center implementations
• Hands-on experience with taxonomies, topics, audiences, user criteria, and role-based visibility in Employee Center
• Strong command of OOTB Employee Center components, widgets, branding, and theming
• Experience migrating content from Service Portal or another intranet
• Comfort facilitating workshops and UAT with non-technical business users
• Able to review offshore developer work and give clear, direct feedback
• Clear written and verbal communication
• EC Pro strongly preferred
• ServiceNow CSA certification or higher
• Experience with banking or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) in a ServiceNow context
• Prior experience working with offshore delivery teams
