[Remote] Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Instagram)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wild & Organic LLC is hiring a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to run its Instagram account from ideation through publishing. The role focuses on growing a consistent account, creating and editing Reels, coordinating with creators, and engaging with followers.

Responsibilities

• Grow the account. Understand where our Instagram is heading. We test different formats, but the account should look consistent and recognizable. We'll shape the direction together with the team
• Ideas. Follow trends and news and pitch ideas that fit the brand
• Content creation , using every tool available:
• Filming content yourself: the product in everyday life, trends, short sketches
• Joining us for shoots in Los Angeles
• Finding creators and influencers for specific ideas, briefing them and reviewing their work
• Creating videos with AI tools
• Editing existing footage: UGC videos, footage from our events
• Running the account. Posting Reels and replying to comments
• Collaborations (a plus). Finding partners and creators for joint content

Skills

• You can film good-looking content on your own with a phone. No professional equipment needed
• You're comfortable on camera or behind it
• You know what people in the US are talking about right now and which formats are popular
• You watch TikTok and Instagram regularly and know how to turn what you see into content for a brand
• You can take an idea all the way to a finished result, including through other people
• Experience working with creators or influencers: finding them, briefing, reviewing content
• Modern, dynamic editing: transitions, animated text, current fonts and sounds
• Confident use of AI tools for video and graphics
• Fluеnt Еnglish
• Russiаn is a big plus: part of our team spеaks Russiаn
• Experience with wellness, food, beauty or supplement brands is a plus
