Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce is recruiting on behalf of an unnamed client for a hands-on Technical Implementation Consultant. The role owns client technology projects from planning through completion, including Microsoft solution implementation and support, AI solution implementation, and project delivery and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Own technical client projects end to end, from planning through execution and completion
- Serve as a primary client-facing technical resource
- Perform hands-on implementation, configuration, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting
- Implement and support Microsoft-based solutions, particularly Azure and Intune
- Assist with the implementation of AI solutions for municipal clients
- Manage project expectations, communicate progress, and keep implementations moving forward
Skills
- Strong experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Azure
- Comfortable working with AI technologies such as Claude from an implementation perspective, rather than developing AI models
- Self-sufficient, technically capable, client-facing, and comfortable taking ownership of an entire project
- Technical certifications are a plus
- Previous MSP experience is a major plus
- Microsoft Intune experience is highly desired
- Experience with ConnectWise is preferred
