The role focuses on modernizing engineering practices, delivery, and developer productivity through Agile transformation, automation, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams and technical leaders
- Drive Agile transformation, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development
- Improve engineering productivity, quality, reliability, and delivery
- Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Establish strong practices around observability, monitoring, and operational excellence
Skills
- 3+ years of software engineering leadership experience
- Proven experience leading and scaling Agile engineering organizations
- Strong knowledge of modern software development, cloud, APIs, web, and mobile technologies
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering, CI/CD, automation, and production systems
- Strong people-management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development
- Mobile or frontend engineering background strongly preferred
- Azure, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, SQL/Snowflake, Kotlin/Swift, GitHub Actions, and observability platforms
