The role bridges business, CRM, BI, and data management teams, translating requirements into implementation-ready solutions and coordinating delivery.
Responsibilities
- Bridge business, CRM, BI, and data management teams
- Analyze business requirements and document implementation-ready solutions
- Perform data profiling, mapping validation, and impact analysis
- Identify and resolve project dependencies
- Coordinate delivery and prioritize requirements
- Lead a small team across onshore/offshore locations
Skills
- Veeva CRM or Salesforce experience
- Strong SQL expertise
- Snowflake experience
- Data Warehouse & Reporting experience
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Source-to-Target Mapping & Business Rules documentation
- Reporting impact analysis
- Jira & Confluence
- Team leadership experience managing 4-5 onshore/offshore resources
- Stakeholder management and delivery coordination
- Python experience
- Life Sciences/Pharma domain experience
- CRM transformation or migration project experience
