[Remote] Territory Sales Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Valvoline is hiring a Territory Business Representative to increase commercial sales penetration and operating profits across a designated territory. The role focuses on developing new commercial accounts, managing existing fleet accounts, and providing support to fleet customers and Store Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop New Commercial Accounts - identify prospective customers by utilizing market databases, targeted lists, and following on leads from stores in your territory. Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities
• Account Management - Regularly contact Fleet Managers of existing accounts via telephone, email, or face-to-face
• External Customer Support - Act as the first point of contact for issues or concerns of fleet customers
• Internal Customer Support - Act as the first point of contact for issues or concerns from Store Operations
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three years of outside sales experience
• Commercial (B to B) sales experience
• General business knowledge (ability to calculate gross profit, discounts, and expense management)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Decision quality - Ability to make decisions/recommendations based upon a mixture of facts, analysis, and experience
• Use of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Saleforce.com
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
