[Remote] Treasury Management Operations Consultant - AZ, CA, CO, NV, TX, UT or WA

Zions Bancorporation is hiring a Treasury Management Operations Consultant to lead customer transitions from legacy environments to modern platforms. The role coordinates end-to-end project execution, serves as a primary client liaison, and supports documentation and onboarding across internal and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft and deliver high-quality documentation
• Manage key client communications proactively, act as the primary point of contact to keep the customer informed of transition timelines
• Orchestrate seamless onboarding processes across internal and external systems to support the entire project lifecycle

Skills

• Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, web browsers, and software applications
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information to diverse audiences
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via telephone, virtual meetings, or remote support sessions
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand customer data files to support integration with bank systems and services
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
