Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blue Stream Cleaning is hiring a Vice President of Growth to drive revenue expansion, market penetration, and brand visibility. The role leads growth strategies across sales, marketing, and business development, while managing teams, building client partnerships, and using performance metrics to guide decisions.
Responsibilities
- Driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and brand visibility for Blue Stream Cleaning
- Oversees the development and execution of growth strategies across sales, marketing, and business development functions
- Setting growth targets, refining service offerings and pricing, managing the sales pipeline, and building strategic partnerships with commercial and multi-unit property clients
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, collaborate with operations to ensure service quality aligns with client expectations, and monitor performance metrics to guide data-informed decisions
- Identify new markets, optimize customer acquisition and retention programs, and represent the company in key industry interactions
Skills
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including experience managing pipelines, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with commercial clients
- Strategic Planning and Marketing skills, with a track record of developing and implementing growth strategies and campaigns that increase market share
- Team Leadership skills, including experience building, coaching, and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with performance metrics, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in commercial services, facilities management, or B2B service industries is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Advanced degrees or equivalent practical experience in growth leadership are a plus
