The role engages prospects and clients, identifies needs, recommends service solutions, and builds long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospects and clients through phone, video, and digital communication
- Qualify opportunities and identify client needs through initial conversations
- Present Virtualite’s services and recommend tailored solutions
- Support account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and account notes in CRM tools

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
