Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through warm leads
- Schedule and lead virtual consultations
- Listen carefully to client needs and concerns
- Explain insurance benefits and available coverage options
- Help clients make informed decisions
- Provide exceptional follow-up and customer support
- Maintain accurate and professional communication records
- Participate in regular coaching and team training
Skills
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills

- Comfortable learning digital tools and online systems

- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- No prior insurance experience is required
