[Remote] Workday HCM Lead Consultant

As a Workday HCM Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Workday deployments and engaging with customers on implementation projects, while also mentoring junior talent and developing capabilities in your area.

• Deliver high-quality Workday deployments
• Manage system configuration
• Lead implementation projects across methodologies such as Launch, Launch Express, and Your Way
• Mentor junior talent
• Share knowledge internally and externally
• Manage customer relationships at all levels

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an HCM Lead for Workday implementations (with focuses on HCM, Core Compensation)
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM core modules
• Manage system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup
• Exceptional understanding of and experience in Workday delivery methodologies
• Excellent customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels in customer organizations with the ability to formally present to client audiences
• Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required)
• Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants to understand cross functional dimensions of Workday configuration
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Workday certification in HCM, Core Compensation, and one other specialty with a preference on Advanced Compensation
• Experience with additional modules like Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, or Talent is a plus
• Preference for Advanced Compensation certification
