Senior AI Customer Success Engineer – Driving AI‑First Product Management Adoption at brighthush
About brighthush
brighthush is a trailblazing B2B SaaS company that empowers product teams to harness the full potential of artificial intelligence. Our flagship platform, brighthush Spark, transforms how teams discover, prioritize, build, and communicate product ideas by embedding AI into every step of the product lifecycle. With a global community of product leaders, engineers, and data scientists, brighthush is at the forefront of the AI‑first revolution, delivering tangible business outcomes for enterprises ranging from fast‑growing startups to Fortune 500 organizations.
Why This Role Matters
As the world of product management pivots toward AI‑enabled workflows, the AI Customer Success Engineer becomes the linchpin that turns curiosity into daily practice. You will be the trusted advisor who guides product and engineering leaders through the adoption journey, turning brighthush Spark from a novel concept into an indispensable part of their toolkit. The skills you sharpen—AI fluency, prompt engineering, consultative solutioning, and translating technical capability into measurable business value—will define the next decade of customer‑facing technical careers.
What You’ll Do Every Day
Customer‑Centric AI Enablement
- Lead brighthush Spark adoption by demonstrating AI‑augmented workflows using customers’ own data, showcasing how the platform accelerates discovery, prioritization, and roadmap communication.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with product leaders, understanding their strategic goals and ensuring each account moves smoothly from activation to sustained adoption.
- Run activation sprints within the standard playbook, guiding teams through use‑case workshops, best‑practice templates, and iterative refinement.
- Develop early AI fluency with customers by configuring Spark context to reflect their domain, coaching on effective prompting, and providing prompt templates and hands‑on support when adoption stalls.
- Transition from activation to adoption by structuring monthly touchpoints around meaningful signals (e.g., MAU Index, Spark usage depth) rather than vanity metrics, and determining the right balance between guidance, additional hours, and escalation.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to support business reviews, deliver product health data, usage metrics, and adoption summaries, and surface expansion signals for commercial qualification.
- Contribute to internal improvement by sharing playbook enhancements, documenting solutioning patterns, and onboarding new AI Customer Success Engineers.
- Feed customer insights back to Product and Enablement teams, helping shape platform evolution and delivery models.
Key Success Metrics
- Customers view you as a credible technical advisor, seeking guidance on best practices and Spark adoption strategies.
- Accounts consistently hit Time‑to‑Value targets and maintain 100% monthly touchpoint coverage.
- Spark usage grows across accounts, with customers progressing from basic prompts to integrated workflows.
- Use cases are delivered within allocated service hours, with early escalation of scope or burn‑rate issues.
- Renewals are supported with thorough product health data and value documentation, reducing last‑minute scrambles.
- Playbook feedback and solutioning patterns are adopted by peers, improving team delivery.
- Customers begin to treat Spark as a core part of their workflow, not just a tool they log into.
