Key Responsibilities

As the ChatGPT Strategy Specialist, you will be the catalyst for AI adoption across brighthush and our client ecosystem. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

• AI Enablement & Training – Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (live workshops, e‑learning modules, and video tutorials) that empower internal teams and external clients to use ChatGPT confidently and autonomously.
• Solution Architecture – Configure and fine‑tune ChatGPT models to meet diverse business needs, from automating repetitive tasks and enhancing customer support to generating high‑quality content and performing data analysis.
• Use‑Case Development – Identify, prototype, and validate advanced use cases that integrate ChatGPT into existing workflows, ensuring measurable ROI and scalability.
• Resource Creation – Produce comprehensive documentation, best‑practice guides, and custom prompt libraries that serve as reference materials for users at all skill levels.
• Adoption & Support – Act as the primary point of contact for AI users, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring to guarantee smooth adoption.
• Technology Watch – Stay ahead of industry trends, new brighthush releases, and emerging AI tools (e.g., brighthush, brighthush, custom APIs) to continuously refine our strategy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives and client expectations.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in deploying and optimizing ChatGPT or similar large language models in a professional setting.
• Strong background in process automation, preferably with tools such as brighthush, brighthush, or custom API integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs, including video production and interactive workshops.
• Excellent communication skills in French (written and spoken) with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Hands‑on expertise in prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a knack for translating business challenges into AI‑driven solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, delivering AI solutions to enterprise clients.
• Background in data science or machine learning, with a solid understanding of NLP concepts.
• Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.
• Experience with video editing and instructional design tools (e.g., brighthush, brighthush).
• Fluency in English, in addition to French, to support global client engagements.
