  • Opportunity to work with a world‑class team that values innovation, integrity, and impact.

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Liaison & Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key North American customers post‑sale, addressing day‑to‑day operational needs and escalations with professionalism and speed.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Lead QBRs to present delivery performance, quality metrics, and production roadmap alignment, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess operational workflows, propose enhancements, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance teams to align on customer requirements and production timelines.
  • Travel & On‑Site Support: Travel up to 30% of the time to our Los Angeles headquarters and key customer sites across the U.S. to build relationships, conduct on‑site reviews, and support field operations.
