Role Overview

The Senior Customer Value Architect is a strategic, customer‑centric role within brighthush’s Customer Value Services organization. You will partner directly with dealership leaders to translate platform data into actionable insights, diagnose operational challenges, and design roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes. Your expertise will help dealerships realize the full value of brighthush’s platform, ensuring adoption, utilization, and sustained performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Comprehensive Performance Assessments: Use brighthush’s Dealer Maturity Model (DMM) to evaluate each dealership’s current maturity tier, identify operational gaps, and uncover adoption barriers across key workflows.
  • Develop Tier Advancement Roadmaps: Translate DMM findings into prioritized, milestone‑driven plans that outline clear actions, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes for each account.
  • Collaborate with Customer Value Managers: Integrate assessment insights into broader Customer Value Plans, ensuring alignment with ongoing engagement strategies and long‑term partnership goals.
  • Analyze Platform Utilization & Business Metrics: Interpret data from brighthush’s analytics engine, workflow patterns, and performance indicators to diagnose root causes of underperformance and recommend practical improvement opportunities.
  • Document Value Realization Evidence: Create compelling, evidence‑based case studies that link platform adoption and workflow redesign to tangible operational and financial gains for dealerships.
  • Apply Structured Consultative Discovery: Lead discovery sessions that uncover business needs, operational blockers, and stakeholder priorities before proposing solutions.
  • Translate Technical Features into Business Language: Communicate platform capabilities and adoption gaps in terms that resonate with dealership operators, including principals, general managers, controllers, and department heads.
  • Facilitate High‑Impact Customer Conversations: Own value review meetings, workflow redesign workshops, and change‑management sessions that require strong structure, credibility, and influence.
  • Navigate Resistance & Foster Adoption: Identify underlying concerns, diagnose root causes, and adapt engagement strategies to overcome adoption challenges.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Maintain deep knowledge of brighthush platform workflows, features, and use cases across all modules, and provide guidance on complex product questions.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Act as the escalation point for intricate product or workflow questions that exceed the scope of other account‑facing roles.
  • Design Scalable Enablement Programs: Create group sessions, cohort‑based learning, virtual clinics, and deep‑dive workshops that amplify the impact of your one‑to‑one engagements.
  • Contribute to Playbook Development: Refine diagnostic frameworks, methodologies, templates, and best practices based on field learnings and recurring customer patterns.
  • Identify Cross‑Account Trends: Spot patterns in maturity progression, adoption barriers, workflow inefficiencies, and value realization challenges, and elevate insights to Customer Value leadership.
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work with Product, Enablement, Support, and other stakeholders to improve customer guidance, strengthen operational consistency, and support scalable value delivery.
  • Ensure Alignment with Standards: Verify that all recommendations, engagement plans, and value strategies align with brighthush’s standards, customer objectives, and dealership realities.
