Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, visionary Senior Director of Customer Solutions Engineering PMO to lead our professional services practice across the EMEA and APAC regions. In this pivotal role, you will shape the delivery of high‑impact projects, drive portfolio performance, and champion strategic initiatives that elevate our service offerings and client relationships.

As a key member of the brighthush leadership team, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders—including product, sales, finance, and operations—to align project execution with business objectives. Your deep expertise in both Agile and traditional project management, coupled with a proven track record in M&A integration and portfolio financial stewardship, will be instrumental in delivering transformative outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Mentor a High‑Performing PMO Team: Build, coach, and inspire a diverse group of project managers and analysts across EMEA and APAC, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and guidance needed to excel.
• Strategic Program Leadership: Own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑year programs that span product launches, service expansions, and integration projects. Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
• Portfolio Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the entire professional services portfolio. Drive profitability through disciplined cost control, resource optimization, and value‑based pricing.
• Process & Methodology Governance: Champion best practices in project management, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Continuously refine PMO processes to improve efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, executive leadership, and internal teams. Deliver clear, data‑driven status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Change Management & M&A Integration: Lead integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment of processes, systems, and cultures. Drive change management initiatives that foster adoption and minimize disruption.
• Talent Development & Succession Planning: Identify skill gaps, design targeted training programs, and create career pathways for PMO staff. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Technology & Tooling Oversight: Evaluate, implement, and optimize PMO tools (e.g., PSA, project dashboards, reporting platforms) to enhance visibility, collaboration, and decision‑making.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of professional services leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing large, complex portfolios.
• Extensive management experience (10+ years) across multiple regions and functional areas.
• Certified PMP, PfMP, or PgMP (or equivalent) with a deep understanding of project and program management frameworks.
• Expertise in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies, with the ability to blend approaches to meet business needs.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A integration, leading cross‑functional teams through complex change initiatives.
• Proficiency in PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools and other project management software.
