Senior GTM Enablement, Customer & Partner Marketing Manager – Remote – Drive Pipeline Growth & Brand Authority for a Leading Edge‑Sync Platform
About brighthush
brighthush is redefining how businesses move data across the globe. Our edge‑sync platform empowers applications to store, sync, and process data wherever it lives—whether in the cloud, on-premises, or at the edge. Since our founding in 2018, we have grown to a vibrant team of 51‑200 professionals, headquartered in San Francisco, and serving customers across the Commercial and Public Sector markets. We are on a mission to make data movement seamless, secure, and intelligent, and we need a visionary marketing leader to help us accelerate that mission.
Why This Role Matters
In a world where data is the new oil, the ability to move it quickly and securely is a competitive advantage. As the Senior GTM Enablement, Customer & Partner Marketing Manager, you will be the linchpin that connects our product, sales, and partner ecosystems. Your work will directly influence pipeline velocity, win rates, and customer advocacy. You will own the entire enablement stack—from pitch decks and battlecards to account‑based campaigns and partner co‑marketing initiatives—ensuring that every stakeholder has the right tools, stories, and insights to win.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain the Enablement System – Create a unified library of standard pitch decks, product data sheets, battlecards, competitive positioning, and a customizable message repository that sellers can adapt without compromising brand integrity.
- Launch Kit Development – Deliver a comprehensive launch kit for every product release, including a positioning one‑pager, FAQ, customer‑facing email, and a detailed sales briefing.
- Field Calendar Management – Coordinate the field calendar across Commercial and Public Sector markets, orchestrating customer dinners, regional roadshows, webinars, speaking slots, and curated meetings. Tie each event to measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Account‑Based Playbooks – Design and execute account‑based plays that move deals forward: named‑account landing pages, content sequences, and direct outreach support. Collaborate with RevOps to analyze funnel data and refine tactics.
- Customer Evidence Engine – Build a robust library of case studies, white papers, video features, and long‑form content. Curate a dedicated customer section on the website that showcases real‑world success stories.
- Reference Program Management – Own the end‑to‑end reference program, navigating the approval path through customer legal, brighthush legal, and public affairs to secure and publish references.
- New Market Proof Development – Translate existing proof points into narratives that resonate in untapped markets. Develop a use‑case library and forward‑looking stories that open new sectors.
- Partner Pipeline Generation – Transform partner motions into pipeline across sell‑with, sell‑through, co‑sell, and OEM models. Produce marketplace listings, partner kits, and joint campaign assets for hardware, software, cloud, and G/SI partners.
- Joint Campaign Execution – Work closely with partner marketing teams to co‑create, launch, and measure joint campaigns that amplify reach and accelerate revenue.

- Experience in developer tools, data infrastructure, edge computing, IoT, or mobile platforms.
- Experience building an account‑based marketing program from scratch.
