Why This Role Matters

As the frontline advocate for homeowners and their mortgage partners, the Licensed Customer Service Representative (LCSR) is the heartbeat of our customer experience. Every interaction you handle directly influences partner satisfaction, policy retention, and the overall health of the housing market. • Maintain meticulous documentation of all customer interactions and transactions in our proprietary systems.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including underwriting, claims, and technical support—to resolve complex issues.
  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional insurance products in a compliant manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and knowledge‑sharing sessions to stay current on product updates and regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes, tools, and customer pain points.

  • Valid P&C Personal Lines Producer license in the state of residence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong listening ability.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call center environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound decision‑making skills.
  • Analytical problem‑solving capabilities and a data‑driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of homeowners insurance products and P&C terminology.
  • Experience with company‑specific software and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to all policies and procedures.
