Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing

As the Senior Manager of Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) & AI‑Driven Risk Governance, you will lead a high‑performing compliance team that safeguards brighthush’s reputation and ensures regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to embed risk‑aware practices into every customer touchpoint, driving both operational excellence and a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross‑Functional Partnerships – Build strong relationships with QA, Monitoring & Testing, Audit, and exam teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance into product releases.
• Technology Enablement – Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and refine tools that support KYC operations, from case management systems to data analytics dashboards.

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AML/KYC for corporate customers, with a proven track record of designing and scaling KYC processes in high‑growth environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing analyst teams, driving performance, quality, and operational excellence.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in the digital‑asset or crypto industry, with a deep understanding of the unique regulatory landscape.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI and machine‑learning tools within compliance workflows, ensuring regulatory defensibility and robust internal controls.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that influence strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex risk assessments to senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and macOS environments; familiarity with AI‑assisted research or workflow tools is a plus.
