Why This Role Matters
As the Senior Product Manager – DTC Customer Journey & Shopify Experience Optimization, you will be the catalyst that turns data insights into tangible improvements across the entire customer lifecycle. Your work will directly influence key metrics such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV). Key Responsibilities
- Roadmap Leadership: Prioritize, sequence, and communicate the product backlog for the Shopify site, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Use analytics, session recordings, and customer feedback to identify friction points and high‑impact opportunities across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- UX Collaboration: Partner with designers to translate research into wireframes, prototypes, and A/B tests that drive measurable improvements.
- Agile Execution: Convert business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with engineering to ship features in iterative sprints.
- Experimentation & Analysis: Own the experimentation backlog—hypothesis creation, test design, readouts, and rollout decisions—while ensuring rigorous statistical rigor.
- Stakeholder Storytelling: Craft compelling business cases, test results, and recommendations that help leadership, marketing, and merchandising teams understand trade‑offs and priorities.
- Campaign Alignment: Coordinate with CRM, creative, and marketing to ensure site experiences sync with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Performance Measurement: Track KPIs (conversion, AOV, LTV, retention), report insights, and iterate on solutions to maximize ROI.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, Shopify platform updates, and personalization tools to keep brighthush at the forefront of customer experience.
