You’ll join a high‑energy cross‑functional team that includes Full‑Stack Developers, Product Managers, Solution Engineers, and fellow Program Managers. Together, we tackle the biggest challenge in B2B SaaS: delivering seamless, on‑time implementations for our ISP customers.

As the primary point of contact for new customers, you’ll own the entire implementation lifecycle—from scoping and planning to go‑live and post‑deployment support. You’ll coordinate internal teams, manage dependencies, and keep customers informed and confident every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Implementation Ownership: Lead the full implementation journey for new customers, ensuring clear scope, realistic timelines, and successful go‑live.
• Customer Relationship Champion: Serve as the trusted advisor for customer stakeholders at all levels, from day‑to‑day operators to executive sponsors.
• Project Planning & Visibility: Build and maintain detailed project plans that map deliverables, timelines, and cross‑team dependencies.
• Dependency Management: Identify, track, and flag product dependencies that could impact delivery dates, working closely with Product and Engineering to negotiate scope and timelines.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Spot risks early, develop mitigation plans, and adapt schedules without losing critical details.
• Executive Communication: Translate complex project status into concise, executive‑ready updates for both brighthush leadership and customer executives.
• Process & Tool Optimization: Keep internal tools (Notion, Linear, Rocketlane) up‑to‑date and reflective of real‑world progress; identify patterns and inefficiencies across projects.
• AI‑Powered PMO Leadership: Leverage AI tools like Claude to automate reporting, surface cross‑project insights, and scale high‑quality implementations.
• Continuous Improvement: Help evolve our AI‑powered PMO practices by building prompts, workflows, and lightweight automations that enhance team effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in project management or implementation roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record managing complex, customer‑facing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Strong relationship‑management skills, including handling escalations and difficult conversations with confidence.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences—steering committees, QBRs, or leadership reviews.
• Deep understanding of product development cycles and the ability to manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a knack for keeping teams aligned and moving forward.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and turning it into actionable plans.
• Experience with agile tools such as Linear, Notion, or similar platforms.
• AI fluency: demonstrated use of Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or other AI tools to improve project workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in B2B SaaS or telecom/ISP customer engagements.
• Experience with data migration, onboarding, or large‑scale implementation projects.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven project management solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000–$140,000, aligned with market standards for senior program managers in the SaaS industry. In addition to base pay, you’ll receive:
