Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Remote Program Manager to lead the delivery of our AI‑enabled solution portfolio. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end customer experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, coordinating cross‑functional teams—including sales, engineering, development, security, and operations—to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive program plans that align with Statements of Work (SOW) and contractual deliverables, including detailed schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Monitor project performance against approved plans, maintaining clear visibility into budget, schedule, scope, and contractual obligations throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, from executive leaders to technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Lead and facilitate project kickoffs, recurring status meetings, executive briefings, milestone reviews, and steering committee sessions with both customer and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues; develop actionable mitigation and contingency plans, and drive timely resolution.
• Provide end‑to‑end leadership for AI solution delivery, spanning discovery, solution design, implementation, deployment, and optimization within complex enterprise environments.
• Identify potential scope deviations early and collaborate with Sales and Professional Services leadership to manage change requests and formal change order processes.
• Orchestrate a seamless transition to the Customer Success organization at project completion, ensuring full knowledge transfer, documentation handoff, and alignment on success criteria.
• Lead post‑project retrospectives and lessons‑learned sessions to drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and engagement models.
• Champion the adoption of AI‑enabled tools and advanced prompting techniques to enhance program planning, risk analysis, stakeholder communication, and decision‑making.
• Act as a change agent, promoting responsible AI use, data privacy considerations, and change‑management best practices within regulated environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to refine product roadmaps, ensuring that delivery timelines and resource allocations align with strategic objectives.
• Represent brighthush at industry conferences, webinars, and client events, positioning the company as a thought leader in AI‑driven diagnostics.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project and/or program management, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale, enterprise software initiatives in complex environments.
• Active PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP, or similar certification.
• 5–7 years of experience building, leading, and developing high‑performing, cross‑functional teams across technology, business, and vendor organizations.
• Deep knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and associated tools.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard project management tools and techniques, including detailed, integrated project plans, schedules, risk management strategies, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable, results‑oriented plans.
• Experience designing, implementing, and institutionalizing formal project and program management processes to improve consistency, transparency, and delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI‑enabled tools and advanced prompting techniques to enhance program planning, risk analysis, stakeholder communication, and decision‑making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to articulate complex ideas, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical teams, business partners, and executive leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million dollar budgets and deliver projects within financial constraints.
• Experience navigating regulatory environments such as HIPAA, GDPR, or equivalent data protection frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working in Professional Services or a consulting organization.
• Knowledge of scientific data software, medical devices, or healthcare software.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance procedures, including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $5 million.
• Background in AI ethics, responsible AI frameworks, or data governance.
