Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced US Customer Delivery Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex cybersecurity and networking implementations for our B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing large‑scale technology projects, a deep understanding of network segmentation and identity concepts, and strong financial acumen. As a senior member of the delivery team, you will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, drive project success, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity and networking projects across the United States, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brighthush standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and change control processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, support, finance) and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, stakeholder briefings, and client reviews to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance requirements, and brighthush quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and delivery staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Contribute to the development of project management frameworks, templates, and knowledge bases to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Represent brighthush at client events, conferences, and industry forums, strengthening relationships and showcasing our expertise.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of customer‑facing project or delivery management experience, with at least 3 years in the cybersecurity or networking domain.
• Demonstrated success in managing B2B technology implementations, preferably involving Zero Trust Network Access, network segmentation, or identity management solutions.
• Strong financial management skills: experience overseeing project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
