Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy

Role Description The Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and driving Pırasa Ajans’s long-term strategic direction. This role leads the development of corporate growth initiatives, portfolio optimization, and market expansion plans, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analyses, evaluating new business opportunities, and overseeing strategic projects from ideation through execution. The Senior Vice President will align corporate strategy with financial objectives, guide corporate development activities such as partnerships and acquisitions, and prepare clear strategic recommendations and presentations for the board and senior management. This role also mentors strategy team members, establishes best practices, and ensures that strategic initiatives are measurable, well-governed, and delivered on time.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets, assess risk, and support evidence-based decision-making. Proven experience in strategic planning and corporate strategy development, including establishing long-term roadmaps and priorities. Background in corporate development, such as evaluating partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities. Professional experience in consulting or advisory roles, with a track record of leading cross-functional strategic projects. Solid finance knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and understanding of key financial performance metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate complex ideas clearly. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement across all levels of an organization. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced setting. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). Experience in corporate strategy or executive-level roles within relevant industries is highly beneficial.
