Role Description The Vice-President of Business Operations at Straumann Group Türkiye is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end business operations across the country organization. This position oversees operational strategy, performance management, and process improvement to ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant operations that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include aligning operations with corporate strategy, managing cross-functional programs, setting and tracking KPIs, and coordinating with finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams. The role involves reviewing financial and operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing standardized processes, and driving digital and operational transformation initiatives. The Vice-President also mentors operational leaders, supports budgeting and forecasting, and represents business operations in executive-level discussions and regional or global initiatives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional environments. Strong Analytical Skills and experience using data-driven insights to inform decisions, optimize performance, and solve operational challenges. Proficiency in Program Management, including planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. Solid understanding of Finance principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management within a commercial or healthcare-related business. Extensive leadership experience, including managing senior stakeholders, building high-performing teams, and driving change in an international or matrix organization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse functions around shared goals in a remote environment. Experience in medical devices, dental, healthcare, or related industries is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with regulatory and quality considerations. Relevant university degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage. Comfort with digital tools, ERP/CRM systems, and process-automation solutions; strong orientation toward continuous improvement and operational excellence.
