Role Description The Vice President of Business Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily business processes across all insurance product lines. This role will lead operations planning, implement efficient workflows, and ensure that client consultations and policy management are delivered with consistency and quality. The Vice President will collaborate on financial planning, performance tracking, and operational reporting to support sustainable growth and long-term client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, refining procedures to improve service delivery, supervising operational staff or contractors as needed, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance client experience, streamline systems, and support strategic business development.
Qualifications
Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee processes, improve efficiency, and support strategic planning. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics, and inform decision-making. Program Management experience to lead initiatives, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation. Finance skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to insurance products and business performance. Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services operations is highly beneficial. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building collaborative, high-performing teams in a remote environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support a consultative, client-focused service model. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
