Role Description The Produktionsmitarbeiter Korkvorbereitung (m/w/d) is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the preparation and processing of cork materials within the production workflow. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with production steps, monitoring production lines, and ensuring that cork components are prepared according to specifications and timelines. The role involves operating relevant machinery or equipment, following established procedures, and documenting basic production data. The team member will check products for visible defects, maintain cleanliness and order in their work environment, and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to resolve minor issues. This position requires adherence to safety and quality standards and ongoing communication with the production team.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and experience working on Production Lines. Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and the ability to follow technical instructions safely. Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and attention to detail for inspecting materials and products. Candidates should possess an Easily Adaptable mindset and flexibility to work with changing processes and tasks. Basic technical understanding of production environments and materials handling. Ability to work reliably in a remote setup, with strong time management and self-organization. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a diverse team. Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or similar fields is beneficial. Willingness to follow safety regulations and company guidelines consistently.
