Vice President of International Project Implementation

Role Description The Vice President of International Project Implementation is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading complex, multi-country implementation programs for Pronexus solutions. This position oversees end-to-end project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication across global markets. The role includes designing implementation frameworks, monitoring project performance, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Vice President will work closely with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to mitigate risks, optimize cash flows for large projects, and align implementation strategies with organizational objectives. Day-to-day activities involve managing project teams, reviewing analytical reports, guiding continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting strategic partnerships in international regions.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, evaluate project performance, and support data-informed decision-making. Proven project management capabilities, including leading large, international implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and driving projects to successful completion. Solid understanding of finance and cash management to oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and funding flows for multi-country projects. Experience with risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, financial, and regulatory risks in global initiatives. Extensive leadership experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software environments, ideally with international exposure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones. Track record of building scalable processes and frameworks for implementation, onboarding, and client success. Advanced degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in senior leadership roles will be considered. Comfort with remote work, using digital collaboration tools, and working across distributed teams.
