Vice President of Investment Strategy

Role Description This full-time, remote Vice President of Investment Strategy role at Pırasa Ajans is responsible for leading the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio management activities. The position oversees the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of investment approaches across asset classes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and risk parameters. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and sector analysis, evaluating new investment opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and providing clear strategic recommendations to senior leadership. The role collaborates closely with finance, operations, and external partners to optimize capital allocation, monitor portfolio performance, and implement risk management frameworks. The Vice President also mentors team members, develops investment policies, and contributes to thought leadership and investor communications.

Qualifications

Strong background in investment management and hands-on experience managing diversified investments. Deep understanding of finance and the ability to interpret financial statements, models, and performance metrics. Proven experience designing and executing investment strategies aligned with risk and return objectives. Demonstrated expertise in due diligence, including qualitative and quantitative evaluation of investment opportunities. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex investment concepts to diverse stakeholders. Leadership experience managing high-performing teams and collaborating across functions and geographies. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, accountability, and strong time management.
