As we prepare for this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to establish operational structures, oversee business activities, build strong teams, and support long-term growth in the U.S. market. Key ResponsibilitiesLead operational planning, daily management, and execution for the new business. Develop and improve operational processes, internal policies, and management systems. Oversee cross-functional teams, budgets, and resource allocation. Work closely with executive leadership to support the Miami launch and U.S. market expansion. Develop strategic partnerships and improve organizational efficiency. Monitor operational performance and ensure business objectives are achieved. Qualifications15+ years of experience in operations management, business administration, or executive leadership. Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and complex projects. Experience in new business launches, market expansion, or organizational development is preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in international organizations, research institutions, or large-scale project management is an advantage
