As the Customer Marketing Manager at brighthush, you will be the catalyst that transforms customer success stories into powerful marketing assets. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:
- Customer Events: Design, plan, and execute engaging lunch‑and‑learn sessions, webinars, and virtual town halls. From selecting topics and speakers to managing logistics and post‑event follow‑up, you’ll ensure each event delivers value to attendees and measurable ROI.
- Case Studies & Success Stories: Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify high‑impact customers, conduct in‑depth interviews, and craft compelling case studies that showcase tangible results and ROI.
- CSM Collaboration: Maintain regular touchpoints with CSMs to surface upcoming wins, renewal opportunities, and expansion moments. Your insights will help shape targeted marketing campaigns that support the sales pipeline.
- Monthly Product Newsletter: Own the end‑to‑end process of the customer product newsletter—gathering updates from Product Marketing, writing engaging copy, designing layouts, scheduling sends, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Voice of the Customer (VoC): Capture customer quotes, themes, and new messaging ideas. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations for Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams.
- Advocacy Program Management: Maintain a dynamic registry of customer advocates, including references, speakers, case study participants, and permission statuses. Ensure the program remains simple, compliant, and highly engaged.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track engagement metrics, event attendance, content usage, and the influence of customer marketing on retention and pipeline. Present findings to senior leadership and refine strategies accordingly.
- Community Engagement: Act as the community manager for the brighthush customer community platform. Post content, monitor discussions, engage with users, and surface insights back to product and marketing teams.
