  • Dispatch Planning: Schedule mixer trucks to maximize utilization while meeting customer expectations; adjust routes and timing in real time to accommodate traffic, weather, or last‑minute changes.
  • Documentation & Ticketing: Generate accurate delivery tickets and dispatch logs; ensure all information is entered into the system promptly and accurately.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain constant communication with mixer drivers, plant managers, production managers, and the operations team to resolve issues and keep everyone aligned.
  • Compliance & Safety: Verify that all drivers and equipment comply with local, state, and federal DOT regulations; monitor driver hours, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track truck status, delivery times, and customer satisfaction metrics; report any deviations and propose corrective actions.
  • Sales Support: Attend sales meetings to provide real‑time feedback on scheduling, capacity, and equipment availability; collaborate with the sales team to secure new business opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
