Key Responsibilities

• Community Oversight: Monitor real‑time chat activity to identify rule violations, harassment, spam, or any content that undermines community safety.
• Enforcement Actions: Execute appropriate moderation actions—deleting messages, muting users, or issuing bans—based on the severity and frequency of infractions.
• Report Investigation: Review and investigate user reports, gather evidence, and determine the correct course of action while maintaining confidentiality.
• Policy Communication: Clearly explain moderation decisions to users, providing guidance on how to comply with community guidelines.
• Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the community management team to refine rules, update FAQs, and share insights on emerging trends or challenges.

Compensation & Benefits
