Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. State Farm Agent operates an insurance and financial services office helping customers manage everyday risks and protect their assets. The Account Associate will build customer relationships, provide insurance-related service, support digital marketing efforts, and help the agency achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
