The role involves creating programming tasks, building automated checks, reviewing generated code, and applying secure coding practices where needed.
Responsibilities
- Create realistic backend programming tasks covering feature development and bug fixes
- Build reliable automated checks that distinguish valid code from code that fails the requirements
- Review generated backend code for correctness and performance
- Use secure coding methods and perform security reviews for tasks where those practices matter
Skills
- Strong experience developing backend systems using Python, Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, C++ or a similar language
- Experience building scalable services and APIs, including troubleshooting service bottlenecks, delivering complex features, and conducting code reviews
- Professional fluency in English, together with strong analytical ability and skills in problem-solving and technical communication
