[Remote] Custome Service & Sales Representativ – REMOTE

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SF Cloud is hiring a part-time Customer Service & Sales Representative to support customers and drive sales for its hosting and cloud solutions. The role handles customer inquiries, product and account assistance, sales follow-up, CRM documentation, and coordination with internal teams in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Each day, the representative responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provides product information, and assists with account setup, billing questions, and basic technical guidance
• The role includes identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate SF Cloud services, and following up on leads to convert inquiries into sales
• The representative documents interactions in the CRM system, collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensures that customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support in a fully remote environment

Skills

• Strong Customer Service skills, including empathy, patience, and a client-focused approach
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple language
• Proven Sales skills, including lead follow-up, upselling, and closing opportunities in a service or technology environment
• Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, interpret usage data, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Basic Finance understanding to discuss pricing, billing, and subscription options accurately with customers
• Comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment, with familiarity using CRM and support ticketing tools
• Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time schedule and handle multiple inquiries concurrently
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in cloud services, IT support, or SaaS customer-facing roles is beneficial
• Additional education in business, technology, or related fields is an advantage
