Why Join brighthush as a Customer Engagement Marketing Intern?
As a remote intern, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while collaborating with a diverse, cross‑functional team that spans product, sales, and global marketing. You’ll be part of a high‑impact project that shapes how we communicate with C‑suite executives and enterprise decision‑makers—an essential role that directly influences our growth strategy.
At brighthush, we believe that internships are more than just a learning experience; they’re a launchpad for future leaders. You’ll receive mentorship from senior marketers, hands‑on training in the latest marketing automation tools, and the opportunity to contribute to real, measurable outcomes that drive revenue and brand equity.
Role Overview
The Customer Engagement Marketing Intern will focus on developing persona‑based marketing and executive engagement assets for C‑suite and enterprise audiences. Your work will include creating content frameworks, designing nurture journeys, and producing enablement materials that resonate with senior leaders. Additionally, you will audit brighthush’s AI and enterprise narrative across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and credibility in our messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Thought Leadership Inventory: Catalog all executive‑facing thought leadership content, assets, and customer‑proof points that support C‑suite engagement. Identify gaps and opportunities for new content that influences enterprise decision‑makers.
- Persona‑Based Content Packaging: Design a comprehensive framework that maps messages, stories, and assets to specific executive personas. This framework will guide the creation of tailored content that speaks directly to the priorities and pain points of each persona.
- Nurture Journey Mapping: Build a pre‑, during‑, and post‑event nurture map that outlines the ideal engagement path for executives across key moments. This map will serve as a blueprint for email sequences, webinars, and executive‑level events.
- Enablement Asset Creation: Produce a reusable enablement asset—such as an external C‑suite executive persona messaging playbook—that can be leveraged by sales and marketing teams worldwide for future executive engagement programs.
- AI & Enterprise Narrative Audit: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Intern to audit how brighthush’s AI and enterprise narrative appears across social media, web, sales collateral, and events. Identify inconsistencies that may erode credibility with C‑suite audiences and recommend data‑driven improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Executive Programs, Global Demand, Regional and Partner Marketing, GTM, and other stakeholders to validate recommendations and deliver actionable insights. Prepare at least one deliverable for planning adoption.
