Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. No Sweat Travel is seeking a Customer Service & Travel Specialist to support clients with travel research, customized itineraries, and booking services. The role also involves communicating with clients throughout their trips and maintaining accurate booking and interaction records.
Responsibilities
- Research travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and local activities tailored to client preferences and budgets
- Prepare and present customized travel itineraries and price quotes to clients
- Process travel bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and tour packages using company-provided tools
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trips to manage itinerary adjustments, handle travel inquiries, and resolve service issues
- Maintain organized records of client bookings, reservations, and customer interactions in our system
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age, currently reside in the United States, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Proficiency with web browsing, email communication, online research, and web-based tools/applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer-service approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing reservation dates and client travel details
- Reliable self-management skills to complete tasks accurately during scheduled working hours
- Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service
