Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kelly is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a Financial Data Analyst to support its Incentives and Invoicing team. The analyst will review financial data, reconcile records, investigate discrepancies, and maintain analyses and reports to support accurate, reliable data.
Responsibilities
- Analyze incentive and invoicing data to make sure it's accurate and complete
- Research and resolve discrepancies across systems and reports
- Perform reconciliations and maintain clean, well-documented data
- Build and maintain Excel analyses and reports for the team
- Partner with team members to flag issues and recommend fixes
- Support ongoing reporting and process improvements as needed
Skills
- 3+ years of financial or data analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of investigating and resolving data discrepancies
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and/or Snowflake
- Account or data reconciliation experience
- Background in incentives, rebates, invoicing, or billing
