Beyond Powerful - LBD is hiring an independent Human Resources Consultant for a remote, performance-based role in personal development and leadership education. The consultant will assess prospective clients’ fit, execute digital campaigns, share approved e-learning program information, and manage introductions and enrolments.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients; assess fit and suitability
- Execute campaigns within established systems; track and refine based on data
- Share approved program information; manage introductions and enrolments
- Complete onboarding; participate in ongoing mentoring and development
Skills
- Significant experience in HR, talent, P&C, L&D, ER, or organizational development
- Strong judgement of people; honest fit assessments
- Self-directed, coachable; comfortable following a proven model
- Performance-oriented; earnings tied to results
