The Opportunity
We are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Customer Support Conversation Data Contributor program. This role is a remote, independent contractor position that offers flexible hours and a straightforward, piece‑work compensation model. No interviews, no minimum hours—just download the app, complete the task, and get paid for every accepted submission.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Conversation Data Contributor, you will:
- Locate a customer support chat or email thread you have personally participated in.
- Copy the entire conversation, including both the customer’s and the support agent’s messages, from start to finish.
- Answer a single, straightforward question about how the conversation concluded.
- Submit the complete thread through the brighthush app for review.

What Gets Rejected
- Submissions that include only your side of the conversation.
- Partial threads that do not capture the full exchange.
- Summaries or paraphrased versions—only the raw, unedited conversation is accepted.
Accepted Submissions
We accept only complete threads that include every message from both parties, from the initial greeting to the final resolution. Each accepted conversation earns you a fixed payment.
Compensation & Payouts
We offer a competitive, transparent pay structure:
- $0.95 per accepted conversation.
- Typical pace: about 3.5 minutes per conversation, translating to roughly $16 per hour.
- In a 20‑minute session, you can complete around six conversations, earning approximately $5.70.
- Each submission can contain one or two conversations; you are paid only for accepted submissions.
- Payouts are processed directly within the brighthush app via PayPal, Venmo, or a Solana wallet.

This role is open worldwide and operates in over 100 countries. You can work remotely on your own schedule—there are no fixed hours or location requirements.
