The role covers prospecting, client discovery, presenting solutions, and managing sales through onboarding and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate your own leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls and identify client pain points
- Present and sell Beefy Marketing services and software solutions
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Manage your sales pipeline and hit monthly sales goals
- Educate clients on service benefits and ROI
Skills
- Proven experience in sales
- Self-starter mentality—you know how to hunt and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A strong understanding of small business pain points
- Confidence using CRM tools and virtual sales workflows
- Comfortable working on a commission-only structure to start
- Especially in marketing, tech, or agency environments
