- Strong Business amp; Technical Analysis, documentation, and production ticket triage
- User provisioning, access management, and system administration
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business users and tech teams
Skills
- 5–10 years in the Mortgage Domain
- Hands-on experience with Encompass (ENC) platform
- Strong Business amp; Technical Analysis, documentation, and production ticket triage
- Experience with JIRA / Zendesk ticketing tools
- User provisioning, access management, and system administration
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business users and tech teams
- Strong HELOC experience
