Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Iperium is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for an unnamed software business building facilities-management technology. The role owns product strategy and delivery across AI agent products and the workflows that support them, with responsibility for customer adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap for AI agent products and the underlying workflow platform
- Manage priorities across both pods, balancing new capabilities with improvements to the core platform
- Work with customers to understand their problems and translate them into clear product requirements
- Partner with engineering, UX and QA to take products from discovery through launch and iteration
- Establish success measures for each product line, tracking adoption, performance and commercial outcomes
- Work with sales and customer success on product positioning and go-to-market plans
- Communicate priorities and investment decisions clearly to senior stakeholders
Skills
- Five to eight years' product management experience, including end-to-end product launches
- A B2B SaaS background
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping customer-facing AI products, covering accuracy, user trust, adoption and feedback
- Experience managing multiple product lines that share engineering resources
- Strong analytical, prioritisation and communication skills
- Confidence making decisions and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment
- Daily use of AI tools to support your own research, documentation and productivity
- Experience in CMMS, field service or facilities management
- Marketplace or subscription product experience
