[Remote] Sales And Marketing Representative

ClinAds is hiring a remote, commission-based Sales and Marketing Representative to bring its AI-powered marketing platform to healthcare practices. The role owns the sales process from prospecting and discovery through follow-up and closing, while sharing field feedback to improve the company’s messaging and offer.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call healthcare practices across the U.S
• Build relationships with practice owners, managers and decision-makers
• Run discovery conversations to understand each practice’s goals and challenges
• Manage your outreach, follow-ups and pipeline
• Own the sales process from first conversation to close
• Share feedback from the field to help improve our messaging and offer

Skills

• Based in the U.S
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable with cold calling, cold outreach and hearing “no”
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage your own schedule and pipeline
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
• Experience in healthcare sales, tech or SaaS sales, or cold calling
• Familiarity with dental, med spa or medical practices
• Experience using a CRM
