Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lance Kennedy Law defends people charged with crimes across Texas. The Sales Attorney conducts free case reviews, explains the firm’s services and fees, signs clients, and collects payment.
Responsibilities
- Run free case reviews by phone and video
- Explain the firm's services and fees honestly and in plain words
- Sign clients and collect payment
- Follow the firm's written sales training and track your numbers every week
Skills
- A lawyer licensed in Texas and in good standing, with a State Bar of Texas number
- Someone people trust quickly, who listens more than they talk
- Comfortable asking a person for a decision
- Organized, on time and coachable
