[Remote] SAP Business Process & AI Validation Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bull City Talent Group is recruiting for a direct manufacturing client seeking a hands-on SAP business-process consultant to support enterprise AI initiatives that rely on SAP processes and data. The role owns analysis, testing, and validation of AI-enabled workflows, evaluates their alignment with SAP processes and authorization requirements, and documents evidence-backed findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis, testing, validation, and troubleshooting for AI-enabled workflows built on SAP processes and data
• Translate high-level objectives into structured activities, identify needed resources, and drive work forward independently
• Develop and execute test plans, including role-based access validation, user scenarios, and failure-mode testing
• Evaluate AI responses for factual accuracy, source grounding, relevance, completeness, appropriate authorization, and handling of uncertainty
• Assess SAP business-process alignment, cross-functional dependencies, integration touchpoints, and operational readiness
• Support evaluation and validation of SAP Joule capabilities, including standard skills, custom skills, user interactions, and business-process applicability
• Investigate issues, coordinate corrective actions with technical teams, and validate resolution against acceptance criteria
• Contribute to user adoption through documentation, communication inputs, and user-experience feedback
• Document findings, evidence, assumptions, decisions, and recommendations clearly

Skills

• Strong SAP functional and business-process experience, with depth in at least one functional area and broad understanding across the SAP landscape
• Understanding of end-to-end SAP processes, transaction flows, cross-functional dependencies, and enterprise application integrations
• Practical experience with generative AI or enterprise AI assistants, especially validation, testing, and operational use
• Ability to build test plans, evaluate security and access behavior, and analyze interactions between applications, data, and business processes
• Proven ability to independently investigate ambiguous technical problems and see assignments through to completion
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Sound technical judgment, including distinguishing verified facts from assumptions and recognizing when specialist expertise is needed
• SAP Joule, Joule Studio, SAP Business AI, or comparable enterprise AI assistants (strongly preferred)
• Evaluating conversational AI, enterprise knowledge systems, AI skills, agents, or AI-enabled support workflows
• Familiarity with configuration, custom skill development, and engineering concepts is a plus, though these are not primary responsibilities
