Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Innovatech Staffing is recruiting for an unnamed client in the utilities domain. The SAP IS-U Device Management Analyst will support customer service business processes, device management and service order processes, and continuous improvement, while documenting business needs and coordinating with technical and field teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for device management and service order processes, including meter and premise-related transactions, order lifecycle support, exception handling, and coordination with field and technical teams
- Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements
Skills
- Any valid US work authorization
- 7+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
