Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MPower Plus is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow AI Engineer to implement Now Assist Agentic AI use cases and develop MCP- and A2A-based integrations with Microsoft Copilot. The role also builds proof of concepts and documents findings and recommendations for the Digital Front Door agentic roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Implement and experiment with ServiceNow Now Assist Agentic AI use cases
- Develop and test MCP and A2A-based integrations with Microsoft Copilot
- Build proof of concepts to evaluate agentic AI capabilities
- Document findings and provide recommendations for the Digital Front Door (DFD) agentic roadmap
Skills
- Hands-on ServiceNow AI and Now Assist experience
- Experience with Agentic AI implementations
- Strong understanding of MCP and A2A architectures
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
