Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akraya is recruiting for a confidential client seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to secure and stabilize a FedRAMP cloud platform. The role manages the vulnerability lifecycle, automates remediation, resolves infrastructure issues, and supports deployment tooling and compliance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve security vulnerabilities across cloud infrastructure and applications
- Automate vulnerability remediation processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and distributed systems issues
- Design and enhance deployment pipelines and operational tooling
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on platform improvements and compliance
Skills
- Practical experience with vulnerability management tools and processes
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation with Ansible
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting cloud-based production environments, with a focus on vulnerability management and dependency management for common programming languages, is highly preferred
